Securitization transforms loans, such as mortgages, into securities that can be traded on
capital markets (Kim et al.,2022). Banks consider these because they aid in the consolidation of
mortgages into shares. A collateralized mortgage obligation is a form of sophisticated bond
indenture that refurbishes and guides principal and interest expenditures from a secured debt
stream to various types and maturity durations of shares to meet shareholder specifications
(Loumioti & Vasvarim,2019).In contrast, a collateralized debt obligation is a form of organized
asset-backed protection established for corporate bonds markets that have transformed over time
to include mortgage and mortgage-backed security businesses.
There are numerous reasons why assigning blame for the credit crisis to a single group is
difficult. First, because so many stakeholders played vital roles in the disaster, assigning blame to
a single group is challenging (Kim et al.,2022). Additionally, individuals and organizations at all
levels of society made some decisions that resulted in financial tragedy.
The government felt obliged to enact the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) to make
emergency funding to US financial institutions deemed too significant to be unsuccessful
(Loumioti & Vasvarim,2019). The Volcker Rule is a crucial element of the Financial Reform Act
that I have observed. It is practical, in my opinion, because it successfully segregates a bank's
financing and commercial roles by drastically reducing its potential to use risk-on trading
strategies and approaches when handling customers as a central repository. In addition, investors
prefer common stock over preferred stock since it permits owners to gain from rising stock
dividends and values (KANAKRIYAH,2020).

Additionally, investors vote on company matters, such as the election of new directors to
the company's board of directors (Loumioti & Vasvarim,2019). Book building is the method by
which an insurer attempts to establish the cost of an initial public sale utilizing institutional
investment opportunities. In my opinion, it benefits the shareholders or the granting corporate
entity by capturing the preliminary prices offered by the shareholders via listing data supplied at
the specified time. Finally, an extended trading session allows shareholders to respond quickly to
breaking news and events when routine business is shuttered. The disadvantage of using this
session is that the length of the bid-ask disperses can be significantly affected during the different
periods, which can be extremely expensive.
The approach I have chosen is for shareholders to express their thoughts or
dissatisfaction, as this will allow me to use their viewpoints and choose the most appropriate
view to take the appropriate action.
The dividend yield is calculated by dividing the yearly dividend by the stock's current value.
