keeps me honest. Not
making excuses for
things and being upfront
about what is going on
helps maintain the
communication between
myself and those around
me.
Being in the military I
am responsible for my
own fitness. Recently I
failed my Physical
Training Test and I
knew right away I could
not give excuses. It was
my own fault that I was
not able to deliver a
passing score. I am
now working even
harder to deliver on this
responsibility in August
at my next test.
I believe both of my
areas of study apply to
this. As a psychologist
or life coach I have the
responsibility to my
clients to ensure they
get the most top notch
care without any
excuses or
rationalizations.

my job to do it. Just the
other day I had to re-
align a process to make
it work more effectively.

When clients come to a
life coach they are
trying to find new ways
to do things and as a life
coach it is my
responsibility to help
them look at things
differently and
rearrange their current
plan to be most
effective.

my own. We have
grown to know each
other and started to

Having the kids in
common helped start the
friendship and together
discussing our lives has
brought us closer
together.

Life Coaching area of
study. Being able to
relate to my clients and
build a trusting
relationship is
imperative to being
successful. This goes
along with
understanding their
feelings, goals, fears,
and dreams because
without that I could not
be as helpful as they
need me to be.
