Types of Pets Owners
I. Introduction
The types of Pet owners and the responsibilities of having pet ownership.
A.)There are a variety of different types of pet owners. I will discuss three types of pet
owners and these would be the “Laid-back Pet Owners”, the “Parental Pet Owners”, and the
“Professional Pet Owners”. So therefore, the importance of pet ownership is a big responsibility.
While owning a pet is a privilege and very well should result in a mutually beneficial
relationship. Within this the benefits of having ownership over a pet comes with lifelong care of
the pet. Furthermore, this means committing to the relationship for your pet’s entire life. Then
being able to recognize and understand that owning a pet requires an investment of time and
money.
B.)We know that God gave animals to us for a purpose, because in the days of Noah, before
the great Flood, God preserved every kind of animal on the ark so they would inhabit the land
again. Animals are among God’s many diverse gifts to man. The Bible says, “Let the earth bring
forth the living creature according to its kind...And God saw that it was good” (Genesis 1:24 -
25).
C.)While we think about becoming Pet owners it’s no accident that pets are known as
“man’s best friend” because pets are truly the best that anyone could desire. There is one reason
for this, and it would be that pets make perfect friends. Pets are very loyal and devoted to their
owners. Our pets will return the love and care that their owners feel for them.

II. Paragraph One
There are many different types of pet owners here are three: The “Laid-back”, the “Parental”,
and lastly the “Professional” type pet owners. I will provide an explanation of each type.
A.)First, the “Laid-back Pet Owners” this type of pet owner will have very few demands of
their pets. While their pets will possibly make a mess, or will be a little spontaneous and unruly,
but the laid-back lover will by which meet these challenges with a mellow and calm disposition.
Furthermore, they will care less about having a pet or even what kind of pet they want and more
so on making sure that their pet is happy. In fact, with this type of pet owner there would not be
many instances of any so-called type of reprimand, and so finally, we will see the laid-back lover
is by which they consider generally happy in their pet-owner relationship. Therefore, you might
think about and wonder if you might be this type of pet owner. The possibility of being a “Laid-
back Pet Owner” is if first, you have minimal expectations, next, you live harmoniously with
your pet, and finally, you rarely grow frustrated with your pet’s behavior.
B.)Second, the “Parental Pet Owners” these type of pet owners is very loving and tend to
treat their pets like their own children. So never the less with having such a strong emotional
connection, therefore, the parental pet type people will tend to allow more of their physical
budget towards their pet's gifts and treats. Then they will often take the opportunity to show off
all the cute adorable things their pet did throughout the course of the day. Next, we should not
find ourselves shocked that the parent pet owner physically on the bed or the furniture with their
pets. Within this would be because as this owner style it will be more likely to encourage these
moments. In no way does this make you look like a crazy pet owner.
C.)Lastly, the “Professional Pet Owners” these type of pet owners mean business because
the professional pet people will take the time to incorporate many different types of techniques
and the technology that would be possible into making sure that their pets will therefore be
quickly socialized. In fact, you would often see them out at your local pet parks while
encouraging their pets to make friends. They will completely show love for their pet which is
evident, but therefore, will be most demonstrated through and within the amount of time they put
into teaching and training. Even furthermore, you could perhaps be the type that sees your pet
style as being mix and match of the various types of pet owners because pet care and ownership
both look completely different for everyone. No matter what you will encounter passionate pet
people who will identify with one or more characteristics from the various types of owners. So
overall you could be classified a “Professional Pet Owner” if first, you socialized your pet very
early on. Next, you make use of the many various technologies to train your pet. Then finally,
you have many commands for your pet.
D.)The Bible talks about those who have pets should love them, provide for them, and care
for their needs. Loving an animal is not wrong, if we love people more. The care we show an
animal entrusted to us gauge of personal integrity: “A righteous man cares for the needs of his

animal” (Proverbs 12:10). While most pet owners will be aware of the amounts of joy and
laughter that pets will bring to them and their family, they are also unaware that their pets love
them unconditionally as well as help them have better lives.
III. Paragraph Two
Being a pet owner how does own a pet help us with our health and physically?
A.) Becoming a pet owner and owning a pet there would be many benefits from having a pet.
First, they help lessen the risk of having a heart attack. Second, they can help reduce stress. Then
lastly, they help us as owners cope with loneliness, depression, anxiety, and our physical body
and health. Pet ownership however can be a reasonable part of an overall strategy to lower the
risk of heart disease. In fact, there have been several studies by which have shown that pet
owners will have lower blood pressure than non- owners this would probably be because their
pets basically have a calming effect on them and therefore, this would lead to pet owners that
tend to get more exercise. For instance, researchers were finding that in fact, pet ownership by
which was actually associated with a 24- percent reduced risk of death from any type of cause
among the general public, and there is a 33- percent lower risk of death among all the heart
attack survivors who actually live alone, this is in fact according to the reports that were
published in the journal circulation: Cardiovascular Quality and Outcomes. Therefore, while pet
owners start to adapt to frequent exercise: that would include frequent cardiac exercise, by which
would keep your pets healthy and happy. Some types of exercise you could think about could be
like walking, running, playing, swimming, hiking, or even pet-related sports that could include
things like flyball and agility.
B.)Physically pet owners simply will look at the fact that nothing will compare to the joy of
going home to such a loyal companion. Instead, they will have an unconditional love of a pet
which can do more than just keep them company. We find with this that our pets could possibly
decrease stress, improve heart health and lastly, even help children with their emotional and
social skills. So, hereby interacting with animals by which this has been shown to decrease levels
of cortisol (a stress- related hormone) and by having a lower blood pressure. Then when you look
at other studies it would be found that animals can reduce the loneliness, as well as increase
feelings of having social support. This would be that animals can serve as a source of comfort
and support. There is what they call therapy pets which are especially good for this. They’re by
which sometimes brought into places like hospitals or nursing homes to help reduce patients’
stress and their anxiety.
C.)While it’s interesting that pets can help us as owners cope with loneliness, depression,
anxiety. Most pets are a great stimulus for healthy exercise, which can substantially boost your
mood and ease depression. When it comes to loneliness and depression, we could say that
socialization, pets give you a reason to talk to new people while on walks or at the pet park,

which will help alleviate the loneliness you might feel in a depressive episode. Besides at the
same time socialization with others, especially face-to-face has been shown to ease the
symptoms of depression. For instance, the studies around pets and mental health show that
petting and playing with animals reduces stress- related hormones. Therefore, pets are very
helpful for anxiety sufferers. Lastly, in fact playing with our pets will raise our levels of
serotonin and the dopamine.
IV. Paragraph Three
How can pets have the sense and ability to help us as owners mentally?
A.)Mentally having the ability of having or owning a pet can help us as the pet owners first,
increase exercise levels. Next, they help with meeting new people. Then lastly, they can help
have more structure and routine to daily life. Therefore, it’s no secret that pets can contribute to
your happiness. They will help boost your mood and increase your feelings of social support.
With all thing's pets help their owners in so many various ways whether it is physically, mentally,
or emotionally when it comes to our physical health. “The foundations of mindfulness include
attention, intention, compassion, and awareness”, Berger says. “All of those things are things that
animals bring to the table. People kind of must learn it. Animals do this innately”.
B.)Most of all “For people with a mental health condition, the research has shown that time
with pets reduce anxiety levels more than other recreational activities. Furthermore, pets also
provide a non- judgement form of interaction that can motivate and encourage people, especially
in children. In fact, by having someone (non- human) that needs us and could gauge how we feel
without expectation or judgement is by far hugely valuable! This is where mental health charities
have even recognized the importance of pets and often promote pet ownership for its
psychological and physical health benefits (Mental Health Foundation,2018; Lundgren,
Robinson, & Segal 2020).
C.)While the simple thing is about pets, they can help their pet owners with meeting new
people because they will often stop and chat to each other on walks. But otherwise, pets can also
be another way to meet people too: in pet shops, training classes or online groups, these are just a
few examples. So then lastly, having pets can help us realize that we have more structure and
routine to our daily life. With the ability of adding structure to your day this would be having to
feed, exercise, and care for a pet because with everything else all these things can help you keep
to a daily routine. Furthermore, it will help you feel more grounded and focused. It can and
would give your day purpose and a sense of achievement.

V. Paragraph Four
How does the impacts of our pets help their owners go through emotionally?
A.)The willingness of becoming a pet owner will make you feel more protected and safer in
general. While pets can help us emotionally in many ways. First, they can help you feel safe to
stay in the house alone. Next, pets will give you that safe feeling when you leave valuable
belongings. Then lastly, you will feel safe with guests visiting the house. While in all ways
possible having pets will give their owners a sense of reassurance and comfort of emotionally
feeling safe and secure within yourselves.
B.)The insight of our knowledge about pets and the various ways in which they can help
owners within emotionally feeling safe and secure. For instance, while pets are providing
companionship, we see this as being the best things pets can give us because it will help give a
sense of security and someone to share the day with. By caring for them this can help you feel
wanted and needed. Then finally, it would certainly be valuable for older people or those who
live alone. We find that while at the same time of boosting self- confidence. This is otherwise
known to be that our pets can be great listeners, offer unconditional love and they won’t criticize
you. In every way possible this can help your self- confidence, especially if you feel isolated or
misunderstood. Even more so the aspect of having pets is nevertheless of them providing that
emotional support and comfort that helps them deal with challenges that otherwise will
eventually compromise their quality of life. Finally, we can say that having and owning pets
helps better our lives physically, mentally, and emotionally because simply spending quality time
with your pet can help make you feel happier. Spending time with your pet can be relaxing,
encouraging the release of endorphins, which are brain chemicals that help us destress and feel
good.

VI. Conclusion Paragraph
In conclusion we can honestly say that by being a pet owner and the knowledge that we have of
owning pets definingly have a very big impact to our lives on an everyday basis.
A.)The whole reality is so far by few in between a very positive manner to having a better
outlook on our lives. While having pets this could help you improve your physical, mental, and
emotional spirits in many various and different ways. For instance, our pets don’t only give
owners happiness; they also affect their owners positively. While you should be committed as a
pet owner because having pets, they are trustworthy, provide their owner comfort, love and
companionship. We would find that people with pets tend to be more social. Even though with
results from a survey by the Human Animal Bond Research Institute indicates that 74 percent of
pet owners report improved mental health. Many reports less stress, increased social interactions,
less depression, and by which reduced anxiety.
B.)The Bible says that we care for our animals when we acknowledge their emotional needs.
Their little souls need play, love, comfort, and attention just like we do, and some animals will
require exercise and intellectual stimulation. “He guides me along the right paths for his name’s
sake” (Ps. 23: 3). Jesus taught us to pray, “And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from
the evil one” (Matt. 6:13). That prayer reminds us we need His help to navigate safely through
this world. Our animals need guidance and protection too.
C.)So, overall, with becoming a pet owner our pets can help us to improve physically,
mentally, and emotionally. For instance, pets can contribute to healthy aging and even longer
life! While studies have suggested that pets seem to reduce stress more than human support at
times. Then this would be that people may draw more support from their furry friends and it
makes sense. In being Happier- the unconditional love and respect a pet show makes us feel
supported and allows us to be a happier, and less negative person. The ability to be a responsible
pet owner would be to keep only the type and the number of pets for which you can provide
appropriate food, water, shelter, health care and companionship. To sum things up the
significance of being a pet owner would be that our pets can teach us and children valuable life
lessons like responsibility, trust, compassion, respect and to be patient. So, our pets are important
to our lives as their owners just as much as we are to our pets' lives. Then in fact we can end by
saying that while most pet owners will be aware of the amounts of joy and laughter that pets will
bring to them and their family, they are also physically unaware that their pets love them
unconditionally as well as help them to have and improve to enjoy a better life.
I’m going to end with this biblical integration by which says the following. If God cares for the
animals, so should we. In fact, it is God’s care for animals that most fully explains our desire to
have pets. God created mankind in His image (Genesis 1:27), and we have inherited the part of
God’s nature that cares for the animals. At the very beginning, God blessed the people he had
