Topic: Analysis of Jesus’ Example of Teaching and Learning
If we take the time to analyze the teaching style of Jesus as our Master
Teacher, we can gain some insights regarding His teaching style as well
as His approach to learning.
•Considering the definition on learning, how did Jesus promote
learning via thinking and use teachable moments?
•What biblical principles regarding teaching and learning can you
apply in your approach as an educator?

In our textbook, which is titled,"Learning Theories EDUC 500by Slavin
and Schunk", the definition of learning is "a change in behabioror in the
capacity to behave in a given fashion, which results from practice or
other forms of experience", (Slavin& Schunk, 2018, p. 3). Jesus was a
teacher to many different people. He was a servant to the cause he was
trying to get out to people. He was always working, like any teacher
does, and it got to the point to where he was exhausted. Teachers work
their butts off. They are always working and standing up for what they
believe in. I am a teacher in WV, and I went on strike back in February
with the other teachers around me. I was able to stand up for what I
believe in, and in doing so we were able we were able to get things
fixed. I was able to use my actions as not only an educator, but as a
child of God. There are many styles to teach God's word with and
Jesus showed so many people, and His teachings were passed down
from generation to generation. My students are my number one priority
is keeping my students on a positive note and show them how the Lord
can be a great influence in their life.
