RESPONSIBILITY
and the belief that all
students can learn
I showed social responsibility throughout the course by showing respect and compassion to my peers and
professor on my discussion boards. Throughout the course I have developed lesson plans and taught lessons
while keeping in mind the different religious beliefs, ethnicities, and diverse backgrounds that the students
obtain. I have shown integrity and responsibility throughout the course by completing my assignments to the best
of my abilities and taking time to complete them. I have stood firm in my Christian values and beliefs and have
respected Liberty University’s rules and values as I have completed work throughout the course. I currently work
as a part-time English teacher in a Christian school and have used this class to further my teaching style and
focus on the needs of the students.
COMMITMENT /
WORK ETHIC
During the school year, especially near the end, staying focused and committed to work gets a little more
difficult. I have stayed fully committed to my work throughout the course and have displayed my work ethic in
my assignments and my strive to finish the class with an A. As an educator, I will commit to being the best and
most resourceful educator that my students deserve to have. I will go as far as I can to find the best resources,
activities, and motivation that I possibly can. I will continuously search for new ways to be an effective and
compassionate teacher and I will promise to never give up on my struggling or careless students. I will encourage
them continuously and commit to inform them on how they can obtain their highest potential not only throughout
school, but also in life.
REFLECTION
I used the reflection throughout the course to strengthen myself and help me make better educational decisions. I
used the feedback to improve my lesson plans, and teaching strategies. I used the constructive criticism to better
prepare for my assignments and apply them to my skills and strategies to use in the future. I have reflected on the
ideas and encouragement throughout the class to apply them in real life. The disposition continues to help on my
personal life where I will use it to reflect on ways to improve myself and the classroom.
INTEGRITY
I have shown integrity throughout the class by completing my assignments. When I needed more information or
ideas, I used the textbooks included in the course, material from the Jerry Falwell Library, and the Bible to give
me the information that I needed. When I needed to cite sources or have something proofread, I took advantage
of the Online writing center and completed my projects early so I could submit them to the writing center. I have
displayed strong morals and beliefs in my work while also being respectful of others around me in and outside
the class. As an educator, I want to be my students biggest encourager, and allow them to know that I am there to
support them.

PROFESSIONALISM
in behavior and actions
I have displayed professionalism in this course by using proper language in my writings, assignments, emails,
and discussion boards. When contacting my professor or another faculty member, I have been respectful with my
word choice. As an educator, I will display professionalism in the way I treat my students, talk with my peers,
and contact the parents of my students. I will compose myself professionally, keep a positive and uplifting
attitude during my teaching and class time. I will allow my classroom, classroom structure, and work to reflect
my professional attributes and composure.
