Biblical Worldview
Introduction
Everyone has a way in which they view the world, and these ways differ from
individuals. The world can be viewed through different perspectives, such as biblical and
science. Some people depend on science to explain their existence and how they view the world,
while others base their views on the Bible. For example, a person with a biblical worldview
believes in the presence of God and acknowledges good as the creator of everything. Everyone
can choose the perspective they would follow, but their environment, such as the school and
community, can influence their choice. If a person is raised in an environment that prefers the
biblical worldview, they are likely to adopt such a perspective. A biblical worldview is a
perspective in which one views the world following the Bible (Hill, 2019). A biblical worldview
is essential as it can determine one's actions since the teachings in the Bible guide one. People
with a biblical worldview acknowledge God in everything they do and can direct others into
trusting God. This paper explores the biblical worldview according to the Judeo-Christianity
scriptures and the philosophy of education, including its implications for educational practice.
