Introduction
To become a disciple, any ministry must develop a vision, determine values, develop a
solid perspective, adopt methods in the process, and monitor the success of the plan . Ultimately,
churches and ministries that do not direct their missions and visions to their followers would not
follow Christ's intentions in the Great Commission. Jesus' command is that we preach and teach
the gospel to all, that all nations be my disciples, and that we bear witness in Judea, Samaria, and
the ends of the earth1. This paper describes the disciple-making process and how to start and
measure its success.
My vision of ministry began with evangelizing the lost people I have met, or God
opening the promises of God through the business market and daily life. When these people
return to Christ, I will introduce them to the local church and discipline them. Unfortunately, all
of the new believers in the local churches that I have mentioned have not been disciplined and
have not violated the purpose of the introduction. Therefore, this new plan encompasses how my
ministry works not only as a market evangelist, but also as a disciple maker. The management
includes my husband and I. Then I use 5P Ministries (passages, principles, philosophy, practice
and evidence) to make plans.
most beginning students will have difficulty learning how to write papers and also
format papers correctly using the eighth edition of Kate L. Turabian’s, A Manual for Writers of
Research Papers,1 this sample paper can be used as a template for inserting the correct parts. The
student must write in third person. First person pronouns are permitted only if quoting an author
who used them. Notice that the first time Turabian’s name is written in the paper, his/her full
name is given, but the second and subsequent uses of the name will be last name only.

Passages
Notice that the title of the first major section heading is centered and bold type, and all
words are capitalized except for prepositions and typically these words: a, an, the, on, to, by,
from, in with, and, but, or, not, for. The first word is always capitalized. Regarding the heading,
there are two blank lines above the heading and one below.2
Principles
The title of a heading cannot be left alone at the bottom of a page. If there is not enough
room on the previous page for both the heading title and at least the first two lines of the
paragraph, begin a new page. There can be two headings in a row as above separated by one
blank line.
Philosophy
Note that the third-level subheading subhead is flush-left in bold type, but the same
spacing above and below is maintained. This is true of the second subhead that follows. Though
the margins and the type (bold or regular) changes, the spacing remains constant.
Practices
This is the second subhead because it is always necessary to have at least two items at
every level. The old rule that if there is an A, there must also be a B. One cannot split an apple
into one piece, so bear this in mind when preparing the outline. Every level presented must have

at least 2 sections to it. Not every paper will have level two or level three subsections, but if it
does, it must have two of them.
Proof
When citing biblical passages, do not write out full citations of verses or paragraphs from
the Bible. Citations are written in full only when the author needs to make a specific observation,
“so that you may know the exact truth about the things you have been taught” (Luke 1:4).3 The
first time a Bible version is identified, is the only time that is noted, providing the paper cites
from only one translation. After that, biblical references are given in the text of the paper, not in
the footnotes. If another translation or version is used, that must be footnoted at that time and
noted in parentheses in the text when it changes (ie. NASB, NIV…). Try to stick to one version
for simplicity.
Conclusion
The conclusion to the paper should reiterate, but not quote the thesis, and should provide
the readers with a concise summary of major points. A well written conclusion defends the
thesis and provides a clear perspective of the topic. Its importance cannot be overstated as the
conclusion frames the closing thoughts and should provide a lasting impression.
The bibliography starts on a new page even though a great deal of room may be left on a
final page. Also, new chapters always begin on a new page. Simply hold down CTRL-Enter and
a new page will begin. The bibliography title is centered and bold followed by one blank line.
