Abstract
Business organizations need an Integrated Payroll System (IPS) to assist the entire
management in easing the previous pen and paper works. The development of this system
will be essential for the current small and medium business enterprises since most of them
rely on the manual pen and paper management system. Regardless of the number of workers,
it is the responsibility of the employer to keep and maintain all payment records digitally
recorded in the system. This system aims to calculate the employees’ payroll accurately,
complying with the current taxing authority. With the design, employees’ wages, salaries,
conveyance, increment, net pay, bonuses, taxes, loans and deductions are managed efficiently
and extra careful. The fascinating part of the system is to be able to an automatic calculation
of employee’s monthly salary.
