REFERRAL QUESTION/REASON FOR TESTING:
Raven was referred by Liberty University Housing department. Raven is currently competing for
a Resident Assistant (RA) position on campus. The RA position is a leadership role and will
consist of peer interaction, facilitating group activities and connecting with her peers on an
individual basis.

EXAMINEE BACKGROUND:
Ms. Hayes is a single female who identifies as African American. Ms. Hayes’ chronicle age is 19
years old and appears to about 5’7 and weighs 160 pounds. Her hair, nails and overall
appearance was neat and well groomed. Ms. Hayes’ attire was seasonally appropriate and
professional. Ms. Hayes maintained good eye contact during the initial interview and was direct
when answering questions. She also appeared to be engaged, alert and expressive during our
meeting. Ms. Hayes’ often smiled and laughed during appropriate times and appeared to recall
information easily. Ms. Hayes appears to be open and friendly, candid and used large hand
gestures whenever she recalled funny or excitable memory.

Ms. Hayes is currently a freshman attending Liberty University. Ms. Hayes is a Teacher’s
Assistant for Economics 101 and maintains a 4.0 GPA. Ms. Hayes reported, during the initial
interview, that she has strong relationships with her sisters, mother and stepfather. Ms. Hayes
stated that she does not currently have a relationship with her biological father.
Ms. Hayes lives on campus with one roommate and 4 suitemates. Ms. Hayes reported that she
has had difficulty helping her suitemates through difficult situations, such as death of a family
member, alcoholism and relationships, but also seeks help if she feels that the issue is outside of
her capability. Other than her suitemates, Ms. Hayes reports a small circle of close friends that
she has known since Jr. High School. Ms. Hayes denies medical or psychiatric issues.
