In this paper, you will hear the story of an employee of EL CENTRO DE SERVICIOS
SOCIALES, INC. You will hear what inspired her to work for this organization, what the
organization offers, and how this organization impacts the minorities in Lorain County. In
addition to this employee interview, you will hear from Arturo and Maria Gonzalez. They openly
shared their personal stories of their lives in Mexico and transitioning from Mexico to the United
States.
