The topic of the speech by President Ronald Reagan was on an evil empire. The president
referred to the Soviet Union as the evil empire as it was the cradle of evil in the world.

The main point of the speech is on nuclear policy righteousness. The president is focused
on making the nation support his policy on nuclear weapons. The president has to consider the
essential elements that would work in convincing the people. He is focused on ensuring the
