Treatment proposals
The main issue to address for Jennifer’s situation is the voices that she is continually
hearing. Jennifer faults the voices for a significant number of circumstances in her day to day
existence, for example, retiring early and not having the option to maintain stable social
collaborations with others. The voices have additionally made her not be able to cope with his
prescriptions and have been provoking her day to day. It is of my understanding that Jennifer
continuously accepts her medicine as quickly as time permits to balance out her dreams and
visualizations. Jennifer has referenced that the voices made her anxious and presently she
fears taking the drugs. Per Hadad et al (2014), patients with schizophrenia who quit taking
their drug are at expanded hazard of backslide, which can prompt hospitalization. For people,
for example, Jennifer, who is nonadherent to taking oral meds, long-acting injectable
antipsychotic drugs are a practical choice for the side effecs the collaborate this together. LAI
medicines assist with lessening any type of withdrawls. (Kingdon et al 2004). There are a few
benefits of getting these infusions as well as with taking a medicine each day, there is in an
expanded need in other individuals to help to guarantee the prescribed medicine is used as
directed depending on the situation, and the consistence with prescription intake is effortlessly
checked.
As well as using LAI medicines, I suggest that Jennifer take part in psychosocial
mediations, for example, individual treatment, and family treatment. Individual treatment

might assist her with normalizing her thinking designs and figure out how to adapt to the
stressors in her day to day existence. Perceiving the early indications of a potential mistake
can likewise assist Jennifer with dealing with her ailment. Her preparing the attentive action
and on further developing correspondence and interactive abilities and associations with
others. It likewise supports expanding Jennifer’s capacity to partake in everyday activities. At
long last, family treatment offers the required help and training to families managing people’s
life with schizophrenia. The APA (2022) as of late delivers another rule that suggests that
people with schizophrenia have an archived, extensive, and individualized focused treatment
plan that incorporates proof based nonpharmacological and pharmacological medicines like
the previously mentioned techniques.
