Network Organization
The acceleration for organizations to stay on top has led to more uses of technology
especially adding in better communication across all fronts. The increased rivalry between
companies advances the movement for product diversity to enhance their relationships with
customers and partnerships (Arrais-Castro, et al., 2018). Every company works to figure out how
to get a more significant piece of the global market. Doing joint ventures with outside partners
who have a skillset or product the organization doesn’t have opens the company up for potential
growth (Arrais-Castro, et al.). Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) need to assimilate networks
and partnerships to get the best product the company deems best for the advancement of the
organization (Oliveira et al., 2010; Renna, 2013). As customers get educated, they force
companies to flex to keep up with technology to provide better product delivery (Pribytkova et
al., 2010). Aggressive virtual organizations came into existence due to different organizational
forms wanting to excel in their platforms. (Camarinha-Matos , 2009). However, the issue et al.
