This article attempts to answer the impacts of organizational culture on knowledge
sharing within a company along with the strengths of culture. The research that was conducted in
this article was done by surveying 138 participants from organizations and had findings that
older employees lean more toward knowledge transfer. In addition, the article found that there is
a strong correlation between the strength of an organizational culture and the knowledge transfer
done within a company. This article compares the other sources in my paper by showing the
effects of organizational culture, it provides statistics much like the others on how it can be a
benefit to the company. This source will be useful to attribute to my writing by being able to
provide the necessary data and points to show how culture shapes knowledge transfer and its
effects. This source will be useful in my literature review due to showing how organizational
culture can affect the transfer of knowledge as this article will be used to discuss some of the
