Topic of Proposal: Remote work/ Work from Home
The Covid Pandemic hit in early in 2020. Many companies turned to having their
employees work from home, or also known as remote working. Since then, the popularity off it
has significantly taken off. Today’s modern technology certainly continues to make this an
option and possibility for many companies. Many will find convenience or comfort to be able to
work in this environment. But at the end of the day while many may find this accessible and
comforting, there is not always a positive aspect to working remotely or working from home. In
this research proposal we will look to identify and answering the following questions:
1. What are the psychological, physiological, social, environment, etc. side effects
influencing individuals working remotely or from home?
2. Does business production suffer or excel in isolation of one’s home?
