DISCUSSION BOARD 2
DB 1: A GEM of a Study
Q1. What are the independent and dependent variables in this study?
In Psalms 25:2 it says, “It is the glory of God to conceal things and the glory of kings to
search things out” (English Standard Version, 2021). Research is an honorable and valuable
means of discovery that God has blessed Man with the opportunity to do. This case study seeks
to discover which policies stimulate entrepreneurial movement and discover a causal relationship
between independent and dependent variables. This is a longitudinal study confirmed by the
timeline it is set to run. The dependent variables include Gross Domestic Profit (GDP), jobs, and
business dynamics. It is important to note that business dynamics are dependent variables

objective and measurable way. The independent variables include the entrepreneurial framework
conditions, entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial capacity and general national
