It seems to me that stewardship and management are basically the same thing. We as managers
are also stewards in the business world. We are to be taking care of the business and everything
involved in the business. Good stewardship is important in the business world. There are too few
in the world right now and we need to work toward training more. What makes a good steward?
You must care for and respect the business. In the business world, many things matter. Building
confidence in employees and customers mean a great deal to the business. Good
working relationships are needed. Good product basis helps a business grow. Developing a
good strategy and planning ahead are other good things for a business. Our economy is not in a
good place and with all the natural disasters hitting us, we need to focus on helping others. Not
just for our businesses but to show that whatever happens we are there for others. Americans
need to come together more often, like they do when natural disasters hit. Could you imagine
how wonderful the world would be if we all put our differences aside to help our fellow
Americans each and every day? We are supposed to be "made in God's image." Do you really
think God wants us to have as many differences as we have? Skin color, religion, and orientation
should not define us. Why are we always focusing on things that don't matter? When we all get
to heaven, there will be no color or money. There will be love for others and whatever our hearts
deserve. According to the Bible, we will also have mansions. All we need to do is have faith in
God, read the Bible, and love everyone without judging them. God is the one true judge.
