product or service delivery.
Hotel type
Hospitality sector has become one of the most competitive sectors in the world. Thus, it is
important for a Hanan Fast Food and Restaurant to not only give more emphasis on the
traditional approach in determining product and service they decide to offer, innovative
strategies give the solutions for the industry problems. The Hanan Fast Food and Restaurant
could decide to have features such as contemporary décor while still offering various life style
amenities to its guest. According to (Liana V., Rohit V.,& Gerhard P., 2010) guests perceive
boutique hotels as the stylish location for which they are willing to stay and pay a higher
premium rates for room. In this case, the hotelier mainly focuses on redesigning hotel rooms to
stand out amongst the ordinary hotels offering.
Customization of service
Another option could be customizing the service experience offered to the hotel guests. Some
of the services include offering child care options, having flexible check in an out times among
others.
