Anna, I enjoyed reading your post. I can see how using business analytics is helpful in telesales
and telemarketing. Have you ever wondered if you were ever collecting data, you shouldn't or
too much of it? Being you have been in this space for many years. I know that technology has
made the collection of the data easier of time (Axén et al., 2020). When getting the data, there
are many ways to control it. With the data that you gathered; I see how it could fit a supervised
learning model would fit because of how you pointed out that the data is constructed to see the
projection as an end goal (Ahmed & Khan Pathan, 2019). Using the information to build on to
the next is an excellent way to have successful output. How the information you gather is used
would be interesting to see. The world is becoming a more complex place and the information
we gather to use needs to reflect that from direct to being complicated (Bartlett, 2013). But as
stewards of the Lord, we need to make sure the information is not being misused or informed
incorrectly. The reason I say this is because I think when people hear telesales and telemarketing,
they think of scams. But that is not the case most of the time. So, the industry should make sure
they are always following the best practices when it comes to the information, they are gathering
so they can keep a better light on them.

Kenya, I enjoyed reading your post this week. In your post, you talked about how businesses
must analyze the data to be competitive. I agree if a business is not willing to analyze its data, it
will fall short in many areas or even fall completely apart (Ahmed & Khan Pathan, 2019). You
also referred to being able accesses it at any time and leadership's ability to interpret it (Bartlett,
2013). I agree with having it available at all times, but as for the leadership's ability to interpret
the data, I feel like there can be different ways to do that sometimes. How do we know what one
is right? This kind of supervised learning needs to be managed correctly, or the outcomes will be
skewed (Tabatabaie, 2019). There can also be varying degrees of the data. Because of that, there
may be a time when not all of the leadership can analyze it. We need to be careful with the
information we are analyzing. We have the responsibility to use it for good. "All Scripture is
inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our
lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare
and equip his people to do every good work." (2 Timothy 3:16-17, New Living Translation).
God has equipped us with his information so we are able to do good in honor of him.
