Data Management
If a company wants to stay prevail in the competitive corporate world, it needs to have a
good plan on how to use its data and how to manage it well. When a company has a properly ran
database is going to lead to competition for them (Bartlett, 2013). Using the right methods will
assures that the company will be able to avoid prior problems and future problems with its
decision making. The requirement of data management is that a company needs leadership to
secure the data by obscuring pertinent and personal information (Ahmed & Pathan, 2019). There
is a tremendous value in a customer-centric database (Bartlett, 2013). Databases hold all kinds of
different data, but when making decisions, leaders should use the right tools to find the most
valid data for making quality decisions. Leaders need to have a way to understand their
customers and what their wants and needs are.
Leadership needs to know many facets of data analytics to make sure that the way they
are using the data is in line with the information they are gathering. There are so many tools
available for data analysis and collection that it should not be hard to find one that fits the
company's needs. Management inspection is a great technique to see if the information and data
is accurate (Bartlett, 2013). Still, large-scale companies can adopt Automatic Software to
conduct "sanity checks against the summary of statistics" (Bartlett, 2013, p. 263). Leadership
needs to have a good grasp of data analytics and the tools needed for them to make sure that they
are best equipped to make the right decisions for their company.
Taking an irrespective look at the way decisions are to be made, it is usually hard for the
people that make the decision to execute knowledgeable decisions without a data analytics
system (Weigang et al., 2019). In the military, three-quarters of the money goes to logistics and
how it is used (Weigang et al., 2019). Just like any other company, decisions that need to be
made via logistics can have a large effect on a budget. This is why having the right tools for
decision making is important. Things like logistics can take up a lot of a company's budget. If
there was not good decision making tools and plans in place can be very damaging.
Biblical Tie In
The parable of the seed sower is a great lesson that exemplifies the need to connect with
everyone to spread the word of God (Merida et al., 2015). "Still other seed fell on fertile soil.
This seed grew and produced a crop that was a hundred times as much as had been planted!"
When he had said this, he called out, "Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand."
(Luke 8: 8, New Living Translation). A person spreads their seeds with the goal that some will
grow and thrive, and others might die. As Christians, we should show the love of Christ to
everyone no matter what to grow and expand the Kingdom of God.
