Research on Organizations
One of the many problems experienced at A&M consultancy is the lack of cohesiveness
among the consultants. This has been a talk of the entire organization since the managing
director Mr. Stephenson left the organization to pursue other opportunities. The lack of
collaboration has led to the entity losing numerous clients due to a lack of quality work and
output. The same needs to be addressed urgently. Among the ways through which the
organization can solve this problem is by first and foremost, defining the goals and values of the
organization, offering training and development for the staff members, having and encouraging
team-building activities, increasing communication, and lastly, building trust among the staff
members (Dźwigoł, 2019).
Among the tools and techniques to use are notably, use of timesheets or timelines that
designate each staff member's tasks and the expected date of meeting the deliverables, project
management applications such as ProofHub, etc., expect the employees to work together and
input information as and when received. It is crucial that at the beginning of any task, the
employees are aware of the tasks at hand and how they need to work together to achieve the
desired results. Another approach that works and has been employed numerously across the
board is meetings or touching base, so to speak, to ensure that what needs to be done is being
done but within a cohesive context.
Among how information on the said subject matter will be collected includes employee
surveys, key performance appraisals, and the organization's feedback mechanism that allows
employees to give feedback at will as and when they feel like doing so (Creswell, Poth, & SAGE
Publishing, 2018). The research will also take another perspective of getting feedback from
customers and or clients to ascertain to a large extent why the customers are dissatisfied and

what can be done to improve the situation at hand. This will require a strategic perspective in that
the research, more so to the external parties, more so clients, cannot possibly be seen as an
investigation on how the employees relate with the clients (Robson, & McCartan, 2016). Instead,
it will be done in such a format that it is an extensive study on how to enhance the customer
service and ultimately output of work done.
The clients will be given a chance to freely give their much-needed feedback on what the
organization is doing right and how it can improve on aspects that are lacking within the
institution. Organizational ecology theory is one such theory that will be used to examine,
analyze and assess how individuals within the organizational behavior and how it impacts
consumers (Henry & Ottaviani, 2019). Organizational ecology theory is studying a population,
interacting, and looking at variables such as age and gender. In this case, within the organization,
variables such as the level of expertise, management, and how the organization is run in general
will be the variables that will be assessed and used to determine why the employees are not
cohesive towards each other and how the same can be averted in both the short and long run.
The Lord, therefore, said to Moses, “Gather for Me seventy men from the elders of Israel,
whom you know to be the elders of the people and their officers and bring them to the tent of
meeting, and let them take their stand there with you” (American Bible Society,1986). king
Solomon articulated this even more distinctly in his daily rulings in the King’s court (Merida,
2015). It is essential always to know what the employees are thinking or feeling write from the
very onset of a task or, better still, right when they join the organization. The research will first
and foremost set out the objectives and or goals of why the entity is undertaking the research, to
begin with.Structured companies naturally do well in the face of adversity but then again, the
organization that seeks to put structures that in itself mitigates risks. In this case, the approach

will be departmental, taking each department uniquely on its own, assessing and establishing the
said department's challenges throughout their daily tasks. The primary purpose of this will be to
ascertain if the said challenges are departmental or the same are escalated once they start
interacting with other departments to achieve the client's desired results.
