Timothy 6:18- This verse reminds me that whatever your
strengths, look to help others because they might be
someone else's weakness. Lead people with the
strengths that you have and always look for opportunities
to help out in the area that you are good at. This life is all
about growing and becoming better. Don’t be afraid of
your weaknesses. Look for those opportunities at the
right time to improve your weaknesses. This allows for
the threat part of SWOT to be in a controlled and
safe environment.
1 Peter 5:2-3 What a great scripture to remind us that we
have so much to live for. As I illuded to earlier this
journey on earth is a team e#ort. We do have a
competitive culture which distracts us that we should all
be trying to return to the presence of the Lord. To get
along with the $ock help out where you can. On the $ip
side, don’t be afraid to ask for help. Just because you are
pro!cient at one skill set does not mean everyone else
has that same skill level. This should remind us all to be
patient. Our biggest threat in life is the temptation to
threaten others because of envy. If someone else gets
the promotion over you, then work harder and give
honest congratulations. This is the opportunity for you to
grow and get better. Its human nature to be nervous of
the future because we lack faith. Sometimes we are
afraid threats and shy away from them when later down
the road in life we are greatly appreciative for our trials.
