Annotated Bibliography
Abstract
This paper aims to create an annotated bibliography and outline on the topic of "Strategic
Management." It will summarize, analyze, and reflect on each source provided. Additionally, a
thorough evaluation of each selected source will be conducted to determine its relevance to this
paper. This rigorous evaluation process ensures the credibility of the sources. At the end of the
annotated bibliography, a detailed outline of the literature review will be included. This outline
will consist of an introduction, key topics and subtopics, a conclusion, and any further
recommendations, with relevant quotes from the annotated bibliography.

Literature Review: Strategic Management.
I. Introduction
A. Strategic management is the process of developing and implementing plans that
will shape your company's future. It includes the careful planning, analysis, and
execution of strategies aimed not only at driving business growth but also at
ensuring long-term success. Despite its significant importance, strategic
management is often underutilized due to its perceived complexity, a lack of
understanding, and resistance to change. However, recognizing its benefits can
allow any business, regardless of size or industry, to adopt strategic management
practices that enhance performance and sustainability. By doing so, companies
can gain a competitive edge and secure their future.
