It is vital to ensure the appropriate approaches are utilized for strategies related to the
design and operation of management and leadership. There must be a balance as it relates to
regulation, value, equity and commitment. Most successful businesses realize the need for a
productive and mutually beneficial relationship with management and leaders. The goal of that
relationship should be to express primary mission a sense of integrity and wellbeing among all
involved while also cultivating leadership. There needs to be among all members, a vision that is
common within the organization.
The shared ideas and vision can and should form a collective of fundamentals for
behavior and changes for behaviors that do not serve the common goals.
“The model developed here focuses on three variables related to the “integration leader”
that establish the climate for a smooth transfer of cultural knowledge. These three variables are
(a)cause effect beliefs, (b) the integration of a motivation system that the leader establishes to

Innovative problem solving deals with the perception of what is to be accomplished, in

perception of an organization or fixing the publics’ perception. New workers can use the
construction industry to organize justice tactics for right to work laws, and diversify practices to
shift the tides for growth of leadership integration. To persuade the audience on carrying out
