Mark,
It is to my understanding that lately you have not been fulfilling your duties as the digital
marketing manager. Various sources have reported a lack of communication with your team,
resulting in slower production, and unclear tasks. Although your latest campaign was finalized
on time, we cannot let this issue persist as we continue operations. It is imperative that all
members of the marketing department are on the same page.
The guidelines and expectations of our Digital Marketing Managers are as follows:
1. Strategize on possible ways to deliver the project
2. Coordinate, and Communicate with the team to determine your path to completion
3. Execute project with team through regular communication, and responsibilities concisely
divisible.
As the manager of the digital marketing department, your role is crucial in growing this company
in its early stages. We cannot have a disconnect internally, as this will affect overall production,
and quality of these tasks. These issues could potentially lead to damage to our brand, which
may also affect a strategic relationship. Having strong communication, and a clear problem
solving framework, is essential to this business, and anything less is unsatisfactory.

Dear Mr. Konchar,
Subject: Expansion of Financial Department, Promotion
This letter is to inform you on the board's decision to expand the financial department into 2
branches. With our recent addition of 3 new locations, we felt it was necessary to grow the
department in order to fulfill the financing demands. Your performance as the financial manager
has been a big attribute to this company, and as a part of this expansion, we are designating
you as the new Chief Financial Officer.
You will be given an increased salary, and will be the head of the financial department. You are
expected to oversee all finalized financial information, manage the financial forecasting, manage
long-term strategy and financial planning.
It is absolutely necessary to uphold the integrity of this company. As being a key member of this
company, you are to hold the highest professional standards, including health and safety,
ethical, and social responsibilities. This company will maintain its 0 tolerance policy, and any
signs of misconduct, fraud, or any willful wrong, will result in an immediate termination from the
company.
