Problem Ideas:
- The pickup location for Devils on the Go (Shady Park) is upset because there are
too many people being picked up from there before many of the events. Their
space is being overcrowded which is keeping their customers away and causing
damages to their space. They no longer want to team up and help host our
company’s pickup location.
- There is a security breach in the app and customers are getting charged for trips
that they did not take. Many customers are very angry and now we owe refunds
to over half of the customers.
- The company has gotten so big we want to move to other universities with big
cities and start working there as well.
- There are certain event venues that are wanting to make our company their main
source of transportation for students from ASU, and want to team up with us
Solutions:
- We will be changing the pickup location from Shady Park to a large parking lot
that ASU owns. This way there is no business that is being disrupted by our
customers, no damages are being made, there is more space for all of our
customers, we have to pay less to use the space because it is a parking lot.
