i need a report describing the work we did and etc

we basicaly made a Go Kart, we added bearing for the steering wheel, we added cousin to the chair, also raw cage that fits the go cart, our design is an off road vehicle, we also added a 12 v battery for the lights in the back and front, and added a small engine even to us by the workshop with the 4 wheels.

our job was to cut the metal and weld it, do the design, so basicaly we had all the material in our college workshop we just did the welding and cuting, joining the parts and etc, the picture shows the work we did. We are 4 students and this report describes the work we did.
