What Measures Measure

In a 1-2 page paper, summarize what measures measure in health care, including the following: the use of measurement for evaluating care, measuring managing needs, measuring quality and cost of services, and measuring health care leadership.

Include at least two research sources in your paper and cite them in a References page at the end in APA format. As in all writing assignments, follow standard mechanics in writing, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
