Resistance to Change

In a 1-2 page paper, analyze at least two obstacles hospital administration may face as they implement changes to improve the quality of health care. Describe the obstacles, the reasons for them, and how these obstacles might be overcome. Also be sure to specifically describe the changes implemented to improve the quality of health care.

Include at least two research sources in your paper and cite them in a References page at the end in APA format. As in all writing assignments, follow standard mechanics in writing, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
