Part of a apple case study

This is a group project on Apple case study

I just need to do #6 on the "Case study" file.

Has to be 2 pages single spaced.

Please refer to my notes and textbook. I only put the relevant chapters (8-9) of the textbook and notes on the file so everything I upload will be relevant to my part only. 

To be clear,

The "textbook", "notes" and  "case apple" has all the information you will need.

and the rest of the files are just what my teammates did so far. I just need to answer number 6.
