This assignment is for a NUTRITION Class.  DUE TOMORROW (Oct 14, 2015)     APA Format with cover page, intro, conclusion, references, and all of that. Additionally, I will include the intructions below and some other documents you may need as a way of how I feed myself for three consecutives days.

One of the attachments is called Recommendations Report, THAT IS A RECOMMENDED REPORT OF WHAT YOU SHOULD EAT,  IT IS NOT MINE (I just included in case you may need it).          My Actual intake is the one that says Actual Intakes vs Recommended Intakes Report.
