Please write approximately two pages each, for a total of six pages, on the following topics based on the readings I sent you.

Writing Topics

1.) Please describe a teaching that you found particularly interesting. Try to describe the teaching accurately (to the best of your ability), but you are also encouraged to describe your response. Perhaps, you found some teaching troubling.

2.) Summarize the experience of the two women in Awakening Stories of Zen Buddhist Women, does anything in their stories resonate with your own personal experience?

3.) Who is Master Hua and what is the story of this place?
