Your organization has been charged with defining the different roles within healthcare and their job classifications.  Questions to guide you:

• Explain what a health care team is and at least 5 members of the health care team
• Explain the relationship between the various healthcare team members and how they work together to communicate with and provide optimum care to the patient.
• Make suggestions on ways to improve staffing within your organization and delegation of the different roles.
• Develop an organizational chart (no more than 4 – 5 levels deep) to show how these individuals fit into the health care organization ( see course materials showing information about organizational charts)
