Prepare a 1,050-1,400-word paper in which you address the following topics/issues for your selected organization:

Evaluate the planning function of management.

Analyze the impact that legal issues, ethics, and corporate social responsibility have had on management planning at your chosen company. Give at least one example for each.

Analyze at least three factors that influence the company's strategic, tactical, operational, and contingency planning.

Be sure to cite at least two sources in your paper.  Also, your paper must be in APA format. To submit your paper, post it to your individual forum as an MS Word attachment.
