NOTE: All submission posting times are based on midnight Central Time. Your organization has been charged with defining the different roles within healthcare and their job classifications. Questions to guide you: Explain what a health care team is and at least 5 members of the health care team Explain the relationship between the various healthcare team members and how they work together to communicate with and provide optimum care to the patient. Make suggestions on ways to improve staffing within your organization and delegation of the different roles. Develop an organizational chart (no more than 4 – 5 levels deep) to show how these individuals fit into the health care organization ( see course materials showing information about organizational charts)
