revise assignment

Rena,  thank you for sharing about strengths and weaknesses. It  sounds like you learned a lot about strengthens and weaknesses from Gell's book  on leadership.  For our first few assignments in the course are  personal reflection,  you need to do a reflection and share your own  strengths and weaknesses.  Review the assignment instructions and make  sure you are addressing each part of the assignment.  Include a  reflection on your academic background, how you choose Grantham  University and end with setting your SMART goals s your immediate, short-term and long-term goals.  Use the provided template to help you address each item.  The instructions as for 250 words strive to get closer to that target.   Make sure you are fully addressing each idea.
