Parent Survey

For this assignment, you will create a handout (survey) that you can use in your classroom to get information from parents about their students at the beginning of the school year. The audience is for parents or family members of children aged 4-8 years of age. Consider the following: 

• *What are important components that a teacher needs to learn about the child and the family for the classroom?
• *Compose at least 5 interesting questions with 2 questions focused on how you, as the teacher, can serve the family or parents during the school year? 
• *Introduce the purpose of your handout to your audience. 
• *Put in your contact information for questions that the family may have.
• *Add images, chunk your information (put like content together) and make sure that have no spelling or grammar errors.
