CMGT/445: Application Implementation - Discussion

Respond to the following in a minimum of 185 words: 

A Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) involves breaking down a project into a series of smaller tasks. A WBS must clearly identify each task and include an estimated duration. Considering the Appliance Warehouse Case Study, introduced in Week 1, and the project of planning and implementing a new Service Department as one of their product offerings, discuss the following:

• What tasks could you include in a WBS for Appliance Warehouse Case Study? What would be some possible risks for the implementation of the new Service Department?
