In this paper, you will analyze discussing the purpose and process of program evaluation.

Requirements:

• Summarize the purposes and process involved in the evaluation of a training program.
• Discuss the primary evidence that you think: would satisfy (1) the learners, (2) the facilitator, and (3) the agency financially underwriting the program.
• This must be two pages typed, double-spaced, with the textbook cited.
