Week 2 Discussion 1 – Whose Fault was the Target Breach?

Cyberattack: Target Stores

One of the largest and most publicized attacks against a retail store was the fall 2013 breach at Target stores. As is typically the case, initial news reports were all over the place about what happened. What was particularly nice about the Target breach is that eventually quite a few details about what actually happened did come out. Here's a brief article that gives a quick overview:
