With the integration of education among all ethnic groups, it is important to ensure that diversity in the classroom is started at a very young. This was effective in ending racism and segregation by ensuring than children went to the same classes of early childhood education fostering friendships between different races.
The increasing motivation was supposed to ensure that children strived to succeed in their endeavor in order to increase their productivity in subsequent stages of development. Increasing motivation also assisted in ensuring that the teacher would deal with their moods and help the children. (Strom, 2013)
Early childhood education is used as a stepping stone to education which assist the transition of a child from not attending school and socializing to attending school and meeting new people.
Early childhood education will continue evolving especially in the diversity part in order to ensure that racism is kicked out (Strom, 2013). This is derived from recent events of the police being accused of being racist in dealing with crime. In order to boost the production and the involvement standards of children in their education, motivation in classrooms is going to increase with time.
Early childhood education and kindergarten readiness will continue being an integral part of child development but it may involve even younger children as more parents are going back to work earlier than expected.
