Research/Reflection Paper: A research paper (4-5 pages) encompassing
your overall experience of the class. This paper requires research into an
historical or philosophical yoga topic as it relates to your own physical practice. For example, yoga, meditation as it relates to healing or injury recovery, or the effects of meditation, etc. Internet research and 3 in-text citations from 3 properly cited sources(MLA style including a works cited page) is required and will inform your own observations. Please note that I will be checking your sources for plagiarism or other forms of academic dishonesty.
