Written Performance Pricing Advisor (Property Management)

As you know, both verbal and written communication is such an important part of our daily process, in addition to understanding multifamily operations.  We would appreciate it if you would take some time to review the following performance analysis for one of our actual properties and provide a written summary of performance highlights.  

Your summary should be written as if you were a Pricing Advisor describing asset performance to a client executive.  

 I have also included definitions for the metrics provided below as I realize you are not familiar with our report.  Please feel free to make assumptions about the property and summarize the data in whatever way you feel would be most meaningful.

When analyzing the data below, please include clear recommendations that you would make to the client in this hypothetical scenario.  Please go beyond mere regurgitation of the data – demonstrating your ability to serve as a strategic partner.
