As you know, both verbal and written communication is such an important part of our daily process, in addition to understanding multifamily operations.  We would appreciate it if you would tak performance analysis for one of our actual properties and provide a written summary of performance highlights.  Your summary should be written as if you were a Pricing Advisor describing as have also included definitions for the metrics provided below as I realize you are not familiar with our report.  Please feel free to make assumptions about the property and summarize the data most meaningful.

 

When analyzing the data below, please include clear recommendations that you would make to the client in this hypothetical scenario.  Please go beyond mere regurgitation of the data – dem strategic partner.
