Writing a proposal for the proposal

Please checkout the following attached files.

Under the file name (Project Guidelines go up to step 3-Proposal) 

Be sure you choose the topic as:  

"Immigration enforcement and the Texas/Mexico Border"

And then, use the format as that used in the file name(GOVT_2306_Model_..)

It is only one page length paper with MLA format.

After this proposal i will assign a 6-7 pages long project about the same topic.....using the step 4 of the file name(Project Guidelines)
