Write and assess a change request for eGrants project

Imagine the eGrants project is underway and you are the Business Analyst. You have already completed all the work in the requirements activity (planning, enterprise analysis, elicitation, writing and validating). Now you are assigned to help with the ongoing work in the change management activity. It is your job to receive and assess change requests.
