Write a 1 1/2 page apa style paper

Write a paper 1 -1/2 pages on what issue do you have with child care centers on safety? The paper is to be typed in 12 font apa  style.  I need an article on so issues that child care center have such is safety or whatever. The article don't have to be long it can come from the newspaper as well. Needs references and a cover sheet.
