Think back on a piece of media you've consumed recently--whether a television show, a movie, a book, or a podcast--and try to look at it through the lens of some of the key terms we learned in this week's PowerPoint.  Does the media show us an example of intersectionality, sisterhood, sexism, the male gaze, etc.? Or does it subvert these tripes in different ways? In both cases, make sure to cite specific examples. If you're referring to a film example, see if you can find a screenshot or a clip from YouTube to help make your point. If it's from a book, include some quotes!

You are welcome to talk about any term from the PowerPoint that stands out to you. When you finish writing your response, please be sure to comment on two (2) of your peers' comments as well.

Remember that posts should be between 150 and 250 words. Responses should be about 75-100 words.
