Why is reputation so important to an organization? Answer the following questions.

*  Is it true that when the reputation of one company suffers. there will be a trickle-down effect whereby all stakeholders lose something when the company is cast in a bad light because of ethical violations?  Why? Why not?

Choose a company whose image and reputation are tarnished from ethical violations.  If you had the opportunity to sit down with the CEO of the company, what would you suggest her or he do to ensure their corporate image is never tarnished again by allegations of ethical breeches such as health and safety violations, discrimination, employee abuse, and pollution of the environment.
