The student has to develop a management plan for a sports facility. It can be a real facility or a fictitious facility. I would prefer a made up soccer facility.

Please follow the format below:

cover page

the purpose of the plan(no more than 1 page)

facility mission statements (no more than 1 page)

map of the facility (no more than 1 page)

the organizational structure of the facility (no more than 1 page)

the job description of the top level staff involved in managing the facility. should include at least 1, but no more than 5 job description(no more than 5 pages)

operating hours(no more than 2 pages)

general use guidelines (no more than 2 pages)

general maintenance guidelines(no more than 2 pages)

general supervision guidelines(no more than 2 pages)

marketing/advertising outreach(no more than 2 pages)
